Pre-Teen & Teen Groups

Pre-Teen & Teen Groups

Providing vital services to children with Down syndrome
Welcome to our unique and empowering pre-teen and teen groups at the Down Syndrome Centre. Designed with a focus on optimising the potential of young individuals with Down Syndrome, these sessions are led by our dedicated Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy departments.

In these supportive groups, we nurture essential social skills, self-esteem, and self-awareness, enabling your child to grow with confidence. Additionally, we prioritise fostering functional independence skills, equipping them for success in various aspects of life.

Our engaging sessions are held biweekly during school terms, providing a consistent and enriching experience for your child's development.
