Are you ready to lace up your boots and compete in the most thrilling soccer event of the year? No, it’s not the Euros, it’s the Down Syndrome Centre Battle of the Tech Giants six-a-side soccer tournament!

This isn't just any tournament. It's a chance for tech giants to come together, to showcase their skills and competitive streak, while supporting a worthy cause.

Date: Saturday, July 27

Location: St Benildus College, Kilmacud Rd Upper, Stillorgan (artificial surface, so no shorts please)

Time: 10am – 3pm with presentation ceremony with drinks and food afterwards. Venue to be confirmed.

Format: Each team consists of 10 players, with males and females on the same team. Unlimited substitutions allowed during breaks in play.

Game Structure: Matches are fast-paced, with 10 minutes per half ensuring non-stop action on the field.

Breaks between games: There will be 30-minute breaks between each game.

Guaranteed Games: Every team is guaranteed four games as part of the round-robin format. With four pools of four teams, you're teams have ample opportunity to showcase your talent.

Playoffs: The top two teams from each pool will advance to the Cup semi-finals, while teams finishing third and fourth will compete in the Shield semi-finals.

Exciting Finals: The tournament culminates in thrilling Cup and Shield finals, where the best of the best will battle it out for glory.

Post-Match Celebration: After the final whistle blows, join us for drinks and finger food at a local pub to celebrate the day's achievements.

Entry Fee: €600 per team
